禮拜天(4/20)早上在大佳河濱公園，Adidas舉辦了為決勝北京而跑的路跑活動，我和強者同事阿元報了了10K組，跑到一半的時候大小腿還算正常，但是心臟有點負荷不過來，超怕就這樣跑一跑掛掉，然後新聞還報導在內湖工作的李姓工程師因路跑暴斃，原因是運動過量XD

我以為大學畢業那年從台南騎了三百五十公里的摩托車回到新莊已經是我這輩子最瘋狂的摩托車之旅了，沒想到過六年半我竟然在兩天內騎了八百多公里繞了台灣一圈。

在電影院看到的時候就在覺得這個點很有北海岸的感覺，果然在Mobile01看到有網友分享。緊接著在山上的這個點，我一看到鳥瞰台北市景的畫面我就知道這是哪了！ Read the rest of this entry »
