禮拜天(4/20)早上在大佳河濱公園，Adidas舉辦了為決勝北京而跑的路跑活動，我和強者同事阿元報了了10K組，跑到一半的時候大小腿還算正常，但是心臟有點負荷不過來，超怕就這樣跑一跑掛掉，然後新聞還報導在內湖工作的李姓工程師因路跑暴斃，原因是運動過量XD
